These snaps were taken while on holiday in Northern Sutherland on the West Coast of Scotland. We went with Chris and Jan and stayed in a cottage in Drumnaguie in the very small village of Polin.
Close by is the port of Kinlochbervie or to give it its Gaelic name, Ceann Loch Biorbhaidh. It is a harbour town and the dominant feature is the large fish-handling depot where most of the photos were taken.
Although the fishing fleet actually based in Kinlochbervie is small, many ships from the East coast of Scotland land their catches in Kinlochbervie
